My winter studio

Though I call this my winter studio I can hardly ever pull off a stitch of work!
Gazing into the play of light puts me at ease and before I know it I'm napping
... as content as a kittycat in a beam of sunlight!

I acquired this piece from the famous Mingon Slentz of Laguna Beach, CA.
As she says, it's been smooth sailing since!

Lion's Cradle

Though my lovely ladyfriend may object that I invite strangers into our bedroom, my pride gets the better of me.
This centerpiece of my home was designed by the gifted Trenna Sutphen and I commisioned the bedframe to be built by 'The Arizona Woodbutchers".
I can't tell you how happy I am with this unique piece! My nights are restful and complete, my dreams grand and lurid.
Thankfully my housekeepers dust it all once a week!
